Village Emergency Telephone System (VETS)

1 July 2018 By Sue

A reminder to you all that this is now in operation. If you are in a medical emergency situation and need extra immediate help such as someone to fetch the defibrillator or assist with chest compression, ring this number and a village volunteer will respond.

REMEMBER TO RING 999 FIRST

VETS 01404 565605

I have heard that a number of people immediately threw out the yellow slip with the number on it that was with the parish paper, thinking it was an advertisement for an animal doctor! More are available in Payhembury Provisions.
