Additional Housing In Payhembury Results from the Public Meetings: Thank you to all those who attended the 2 public sessions the Parish Council staged to discuss the siting of additional housing in the village. Payhembury is required by East Devon District Council to build a minimum of 5 new houses in the village before 2026. The public meetings were held to gauge the community’s opinion of where these houses should be situated.
