Hi friends, do you like this picture I took of Parchina on our holiday. We had a super time visiting our family at the seaside. We played up and down the sand dunes, sliding on leaves, we ran in and out of tunnels made by children and we played in the great sand castles built by some very clever people on the beach when they had all gone home. Oh it was great fun. One of our favourite things was running to the edge of the sea and waiting until a wave came in then running ahead of it to see if we could keep our toes dry, I fell over several times and the wave washed over me, oh it was a bit scary but I had my rubber ring on so I was ok. You see mice aren’t very good swimmers, not like our relatives the water voles, they are marvelous swimmer but they are so much bigger than us.There have been so many unusual bird records recently I decided that I needed to formulate a rationale to explain their …
