Broadhembury Artisan Market returns for Christmas:
Saturday 9th December, between 11am and 3pm
After an incredibly well attended and successful Market in April this year, we are hoping the Christmas Market will be even better! The Market aims to celebrate and showcase the work of local craftspeople and provide them with new, sustainable market place for contemporary craft. We are a non-profit making organisation run by two keen craftswomen who know the difficulties faced in reaching customers.
Any income raised from running the event is donated to the trustees of Broadhembury Memorial Hall, towards the upkeep of this beautiful and special venue. We are also fundraising, through a raffle with prizes donated by artisans and local businesses, to raise funds towards the upkeep of Broadhembury Village Playground, a much enjoyed area within the village not only for residents but visitors too.

Our first wave of applications close 30th September, to allow previous artisans a head start, and the sooner you apply the sooner we can start promoting your attendance at the event through our website and social media – we also advertise in local newspapers too.
